2. Bookings & Reservations
Reservations made through this site are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates shown at the time of booking apply to that booking; rates may change for future dates. A valid name, email, and phone number are required to complete a booking.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be sent to us directly through the Contact page or by phone. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the request is made and the room type booked.
4. Property Rules & Conduct
Guests are expected to treat staff, other guests, and property facilities with respect. The property may refuse service or end a stay early in cases of damage, disruptive behavior, or violation of house rules communicated at check-in.
5. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep our facilities safe, but we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, or for injury arising from activities outside our reasonable control.
6. Changes to These Terms
